Company: Logistics Engineer – SAP EWM Specialist

• This large-scale project consisted in implementing every facet of the logistics of ICT UK's new greenfield plant.
• I worked as project manager for multiple aspects of this project, both relating to software and to hardware and physical tools (portable RF devices, Truckmount RF devices, Forklift trucks).
• I personally was heavily involved in the implementation project of SAP EWM and the majority of Logistics processes in ICT UK (SAP MM, SAP LE, SAP SD, WMS, YMS). 
• I participated in the software  implementation of the SynQ WMS developed by Swisslog for use with the Highbay Warehouse.
• I participated in the software  implementation of the integrated Dock & Yard (Yard Management System) provided by TESIsquare.
• I provided on-site presence including support and training to key users and end users, and ensured warehouse and gatehouse operations ran smoothly.
• Colleagues in my office defined the warehouse sizing requirements and layout, and defined the conveyor system in use which brings pallets of finished goods from the production hall to the highbay warehouse + despatch area.  When necessary and with the assistance of my colleagues I also provided support for these aspects of ICT UK's logistics.
